Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply between you and Discount Car Leasing for the lease of any UK supplied vehicles. UK Vehicles listed on the website are supplied by recommended dealers and Discount Car Leasing acts as an introducer for said companies.
1. Orders
1. Your order of a vehicle from this website is an offer by you. All orders are subject to acceptance by Discount Car Leasing, availability, price changes in Clause 2.2, and the payment of a deposit in accordance with Clauses 3.1-3.2. If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, Discount Car Leasing will contact you by email or telephone (if you have given us your details) to provide possible alternatives. If the vehicle is available and Discount Car Leasing accepts your offer then Discount Car Leasing will contact you to request payment of the deposit in accordance with Clause 3.1-3.2 below.
2. Prices
2.1 Personal Car Leasing prices INCLUDE VAT, Business Car leasing prices EXCLUDE VAT. All figures are based on Business Contract Hire and/ or Personal Contract Hire; an initial payment consisting of 3 monthly instalments plus 23/35/47 monthly payments. The prices quoted includes delivery by the dealer, number plates, Road Fund Licence for the term and the Vehicle Registration Charge.
2.2 Discount Car Leasing reserves the right to change the price either before or after Discount Car Leasing accepts any order. You will be notified of any change prior to an order being submitted.
2.3 Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by us capable of an acceptance by you.
3. Payment
3.1 Depending on the options requested and manufacturer requirements, a non refundable deposit will be required from you when you make your order.
3.2 Payment of the deposit shall be made by debit or credit card. Dicscount Car Leasing shall not accept your order until we receive cleared funds.
4. Delivery/Registration
4.1 Discount Car Leasing shall arrange with you delivery of the vehicle to your home or office if required. While Discount Car Leasing will arrange delivery, the dealer or an agent will undertake the actual delivery itself. Discount Car Leasing accepts no responsibility for any vehicle not delivered in accordance with the delivery arrangements agreed with the dealer.
4.2. Arranged deliveries are restricted to mainland UK.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and Discount Car Leasing and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
Discount Car Leasing is committed to customer service. Should you have any complaint about the Discount Car Leasing service, Discount Car Leasing is committed to resolving complaints in a fair and effective manner.
