Business Leasing Proposal Forms
There are 3 forms available for you to choose from depending on your business status:-
Sole Trader Business Leasing Application Form
Partnership Business Leasing Application Form
Limited Company or PLC Business Leasing Application Form
To be able to process your application speedily, we require the following documentation to be returned with your Proposal Form:
- PROOF OF INCOME: latest accounts.
This is the minimum documentation required to proceed with your application. We may require additional information at a later date.
For New Start Businesses; which is any business that has not filed its first set of accounts; please call us directly on 0845 408 0162 to discuss your application further.

Personal Leasing Proposal Forms
The Consumer Leasing Application Form is for Private Individuals i.e. people who will be paying for the lease from their own bank account and not having the payments paid by a company.
Personal Leasing Application Form
To be able to proceed with your application, we require the following documentation to be returned with your Proposal Form. This will speed up the process.
- PROOF OF ID: a copy of either the old style drivers licence or new style photo card drivers licence complete with the counterpart.
- PROOF OF ADDRESS: 1 x copy of a home utility bill dated within the last 60 days preferably a gas or electric bill. If no utility bill, a bank or credit card statement. The proof must show the same name and address as applicant.
- PROOF OF INCOME: last two months salary slips or last 3 months bank statements
- STATEMENT OF INCOME/ EXPENDITURE: complete attached form
